Ordered this having just lost my little girl dog only 10 weeks after losing my little boy dog to cancer. I am so made up with them! They really are just perfect. They look so lovely and i cannot wait to put my babies pictures in them and they will now be with me all the time. The quality is great, lovely size and the little tag with message and paw print are the perfect touch. I ordered 2, 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter but will be ordering a couple more. Oops that was meant for the tag that I ordered to go on the the dog memorial charm. I am also over the moon with this purchase that I was going to put on my daughter's wedding bouquet as she had planned to have her dog with them on the big day but she sadly passed away. Unfortunately the wedding has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic but has been rescheduled for next year and I can't wait for my daughter to see the photos I have placed inside this cute memorial charm. It is better than I had expected and the perfect size for a wedding bouquet. It arrived much sooner than expected and very well packaged. Would absolutely recommend this product and the sellers.

Apart from the beautiful little product and the beautiful packaging, I was touched by the lovely sympathetic email which I received, which included their heartfelt condolences, and conveyed their understanding of the heartbreak over the loss of my best friend and the love of my life. It meant a lot to me.

Whilst the idea was appealing, on receipt its just a tiny wallet and token key ring. I bought this because I love the words but it is is only a cheap item really. I am sure some will absolutely love it and that will be good for them as that is what's needed. For me, I actually wish I didn't buy it. For the £10.00 it cost it was not worth it - I could simply have bought a real silver locket for the photo and fur which I am now doing. It is up to the recipient whether they like it or not, but it's not good value for money in that respect but you can't put price in what it may mean to pet owners.

Lovely gift for my mum for Christmas. I think she'll love it. Comes in a nice little bag and is just the right size to go in your keys. The owners also send a sympathetic message regarding your order after purchase, which I thought was really kind and lovely. Overall very happy.

it’s good for what it’s worth. there’s really no issues with it, aside from a really wonky backing of the circular piece. but that’s minor cosmetics so it’s not a big deal. i printed wallet sized (2x3) pictures and then just cut to fit.
