Underneath the cap when you first receive it, there is a safety seal which I do appreciate.I found the scent a little offensive when I first opened it and smelled the capsules. It wasn’t overly appetizing. However, if you let the bottle air out a bit, it does seem to help.The capsules are soft and smooth. Only one capsule is required. They are easy to swallow and go down easily. They don’t taste like they smell. They really have no flavor.They are packed full of organic fruits and vegetables.I have not had any adverse reactions. I feel like it was a very long germy winter. Honestly, I have been more conscious of taking vitamins and protecting my body. I liked the idea of nourishing the mind and supporting my short-term memory. The ingredients all are very natural and again fruits and vegetables so I feel like it’s healthy for truly anyone. Especially since I don’t always eat “all my vegetables “. I am pleased with this supplement. My only recommendation is open the bottle and let it air out a little before you take your capsule.

I’ve only just started taking these so I can’t say I’ve noticed any major changes yet, but I’m feeling optimistic. The ingredients list looks solid and I like that it includes a variety of fruits and veggies. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. I honestly laughed the first time I took a look at the ingredients on the back of the bottle. I didn't think that so much could fit into a single pill. 23 fruits and vegetables is amazing for a small pill. I take one of these daily to make up for my lack of nutritional food that I eat daily. Fast food and processed foods don't really give you much nutritional value. So far, I feel like it is doing a good job, but I can never really tell with supplements. I also really like that this supplement has shiitake mushrooms in it.

I was interested in trying a mushroom supplement but I hate the flavor of mushrooms. This supplement has no taste at all. Easy to open container with a shelf life of about 1.5 years after I received it. Good value.

These are from Nature's Bounty, a respected brand that I've used before and that I trust. They use green plastic jars, which I understand help keep the supplements from being damaged by light like a clear jar would allow. Safety sealed for protection, the supplement is fairly small in size and easy to swallow. Upon opening the chair, the smell is very faint and not unpleasant. I did not detect any taste to these whatsoever. I have no doubt that these will perform as described. There's a fairly high dose of antioxidant in here from the grape powder, and other fruits and veggies as well.
