Tasty, fresh, yummy olive oil…and it’s good for you too!
I’ve been so lucky getting stuff on amazon lately. This is another winner for me. I love olive oil, know alot about it so when i started looking for a specific type, i found it here. Got it right away, packed right. Tasty, sharp and mellow, green and peppery, at the same time. For some it’s “too much” not mild enough.. an acquired taste. The flavor is alot like the super fresh local, olive oils sold here in California - a secret hotbed of olive ranches and the oil they make. This isn’t from california, but I rate this #1 of the oils i’ve tasted with more healthy benefits than most. Yum!

Definitely one of the finest olive oils I have ever tasted. And that’s saying something!
Simply outstanding, worth every bit of $200-$300 bottles. Delightfully peppery with some of the highest polyphenols available along with a manufactured date of 2 months. No old inventory here. Critical as olive oil deteriorates with time. Don’t listen to those who say you have 3 years. They’re selling old stock! You want it as fresh as possible. One of the finest olive oils I have ever tasted! Not expensive when compared to similar high polyphenol oils costing cost $200-$300 or more. In my opinion buy it and enjoy!!!

My favorite brand.
Olive oil quality:I've tried several of the high polyphenol olive oils, this is in the top two. Very clean taste, peppery after taste, nice smell. Quick delivery too.

Flavor unlike any olive oil I've had before, so fresh and tasty
I don't know why I waited so long to open this bottle. I guess it ended up on the back of the counter and I missed it. I usually get my olive oil from a grocer, warehouse club, or sometimes a specialty store so I thought I'd tasted them all until I tried this one. I can't believe how different it tastes from others I've had. It tastes fresher, almost a little spicy and maybe reminiscent of raw broccoli? I'm a vegan who loves broccoli so that's a huge compliment. The flavor is unlike any olive oil I can recall having in the past. The aroma is so fresh! The bottle has a screw top that is easy to open and close. The bottle is a dark glass, protecting the contents from loss of flavor from light.I used this in the preparation of a one pot pasta and veg dish. I did not experience any digestive effects after consuming this very, very tasty olive oil.

Intense Olive Oil
I'm very picky about the olive oil we use in our house. I usually stick to 100% California olive oils because they tend to be consistently good. This, however, is stronger than the stuff we usually use. My wife and I were both surprised at how fresh this oil tastes. It has a green, leafy taste to it that is very pleasant and lends itself to drizzling lightly over cheeses, caprese salad, etc.It does, however, also have a bitter aftertaste that's hard to ignore. As I understand, some folks like this flavor. I, personally, do not like it. The bitterness does mellow out a lot if you cook with it, but then you also lose some of the fresh notes as well. I would suggest sparing use of this oil as a drizzle or maybe blend it with a more neutral oil for use in salad dressings.

Great for finishing and dipping bread
This Italian cold-pressed olive oil has light yellow-green hue and a bold, distinctly green-olive flavor. As is common with fresh, organic cold-pressed oils, it carries a noticeable bitterness—an indication of its high phenol content, which also speaks to its freshness and quality. Importantly, there are no traces of rancidity. Best enjoyed raw to fully appreciate its robust flavor profile, this oil is ideal for finishing dishes or dipping rather than for cooking or heating. Its taste is bold and complex.
