I received this drone in a non-functional condition right out of the box. It does not work as advertised, making it completely unusable. I immediately contacted the seller for a replacement or return support. What followed was weeks of waiting for responses. When the seller does reply, it’s usually one-word messages like “ok” or “sry”, with no explanation, no solution, and no action. There is no real customer support, no effort to troubleshoot, and no willingness to resolve the issue. This is not how post-purchase support should work, especially for an electronic product. I am now stuck with a defective item and an unresponsive seller. This experience feels less like bad luck and more like systemic negligence. Buyers should be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I hope Amazon reviews this seller’s practices because this level of indifference damages buyer trust.

I received a used and defective product. Issues I faced: • The rear cover of the remote was missing. • Two propellers/legs were not working properly. • The manual was scratched and damaged, clearly showing it was not new. This was very disappointing as I trusted Amazon for a brand-new item. I had bought it as a gift, but the condition was unacceptable. I have already requested a replacement/refund.
