I have fair skin with neutral tones & wear brownish /cocoa shades. Bright reds, pinks & corals look hideous on me. The instructions on the box say to leave on 10-15 minutes. I was just trying out for the first time in the evening & only waited 5 minutes. It peeled off daily easily & left a nice stain but dry lips. It didn't come off while sipping tea.

The box recommends leaving it on for 20 minutes, but for the best results, especially for those with melanin-rich skin, you should consider leaving it on for at least an hour and a half, or even up to two hours. After that time, the color remains vibrant and lasts longer. It’s a great value for your money and functional. Don’t just stick to the 20 minutes; it will come off easily if left on for a shorter time. The final look is flawless.

definitely does not dry that well towards the inside of your lips no matter how long you wait or if you use a hair dryer

I give these three out of 5 stars because it stains as it should but its not really dark or vibrant. Also, the sponge tip is cheap and the shape of it makes it hard to outline the lips neatly. The tip is shaped kinda like a flat Qtip idk how to describe it lol Buy if you want to save money but not for quality.

When I first squeezed these out, I’ll be honest—the colors looked intense. I thought, “This is going to be way too dark.” But I gave it a try anyway, and I’m glad I did.They go on like a gel gloss—very pigmented at first. You leave them on for a few minutes, then peel off the film. I used tweezers as instructed, but I probably wouldn’t do this daily since it could be a little rough on the skin over time. Still, the peel came off cleanly, and the color underneath? Surprisingly lovely.I tested all three shades on the back of my hand (you’ll see the before-and-after in the photos) so I could compare them side by side. But on my lips, I tried them one at a time—and the finish is really flattering. Not too bright, not too dull. Just a soft tint that looks natural and lasts.I’ve been wearing one for about 45 minutes—including while eating—and it’s still there. It feels comfortable too. No dryness, no tightness, and no strong scent. Just smooth color that actually stays put.The packaging says “tattoo,” and while that sounds intimidating, the result is way more wearable than I expected. These are a great option if you want lightweight, transfer-resistant color without the weight or texture of lipstick.

These peel-off lip liners work well and I liked the set with the 3 dark shades (#234). The first time I tried them, I only put on a very thin layer which made it difficult to peel off. I could still see the line, so if you want to be frugal you can apply only a small amount. It’s not as fun to wipe off the product with water, but the stain is not removed by wiping off the lips. I was expecting the shades I chose to be darker but they looked natural and were in neutral colors. This is the set to buy if you want natural-looking shades and I wouldn't be surprised if the lighter shades didn't show up on the lips. The darker shades have slightly different undertones so I can match them to the undertone of whatever lipstick. I also like using the most neutral shade under my lower lip because it looks like a natural shadow and creates the illusion of bigger lips. These lip stains can last all day if you don't eat greasy food or rub your lips often. This set is a great value for 3 lip stains.

I was excited to try the lip stain! I like it. Don’t love it. Take a long time but color comes out good. Enjoy the colors too, I got 2, 3, 4. Only thing is my #4 was opened and used. Finger prints and broken seal.
