Can’t get screws out to put in batteries

Hi there! While replacing batteries on your Robosapien Remix, please ensure you are using a Phillips head screwdriver. If you are not using a Phillips head screwdriver you may have difficulty and will be unable to unscrew which will result in stripping the screws. If your screws are stripped, you can put an elastic band over the screw, then insert your Phillips head screwdriver and start turning, this should pull out the screws for you to be able to change the batteries. We hope these steps help you open your battery cover!
