what a surprise
I was very surprised of the firmness of the wedge blocks, they were for my wife to use for calf stretching when she travels. and they are compact, very light weight ( ounces ) and take up no room in packing, the material is exceptional. Not to put a bad spin on a good thing, I would recommend one thing. as they are only 9" long, it's very hard to put against a wall and stand on while calf stretching, puts you to close to wall, so you have to use them in more open space. "so here's the thing, put some kind of non-slip on bottom of Wedges to keep from sliding, whether its hard floor or carpet they are slippery and tend to move. include some self adhesive Rubber bumper feet, or self adhesive rubber strips to attach to bottom if needed to keep from moving. I bought a pack of self adhesive 3/8 dot rubber bumpers and attached to the bottom four corners on each wedge. works great ! no more sliding wedge and the wife is happy, that tells you how my life is going, hahaha good product, Thanks alot.

Just What I Needed
I have plantar fasciitis and I need to stretch my feet and calves repeatedly throughout the day. With this wedge, I can get a really good stretch in while at work without being incredibly obvious. I just put it under my work table, and I can stretch out and keep working. Since it's foam, it's lightweight, so I can just toss it into my bag and travel with it. They come in a pair, and I just use one at a time, so I keep one at work, and one at home. It's pretty lightweight, but seems durable. I hope it will last a while.

This help my crappy squats so much
I love this product. It's a game changer for my squats. They still suck but they're so much better. They are sturdy and at a great angle. The only teeny tiny complaint is that I wish they were a little heavier so they don't move around so easily, but I guess squats aren't their intended use. And they also get stained pretty easily but is expected for a sponge that gets used in my garage. But overall, they do the job I need them to do. Great product

Will definitely help with ankle mobility.
I bought these to assist with my ankle mobility. I’m hoping these will help my progression move along a little faster. I like the incline and feel I have room to advance as my mobility gets better. My daughter hopped right on and squatted down without her heels lifting (darn, wonderful kids 😊).I definitely think they are light weight and small enough to tuck into any closet or under my bed and come with a great little travel bag to protect them. They also come with a card to show examples of things you can do with them so I decided to try each option for my review. Upon doing so I quickly realized that these tend to slide on rugs or wood/carpeted floors so be aware of this. It’s not too bad but could create a problem if you don’t apply your weight evenly. The more weight that is applied, the less likely they were to slide. And, I had no problems with them sliding on top of a yoga mat at all. I also noticed that if your weight isn’t distributed well they could flip over. Just some things to be mindful of.I am in love with the push-up option as it will quickly help me increase strength in that, and the scorpion option as well. I love how it increases the intensity of the stretch, which I didn’t even think I cared about. Another option was to use it for planks under the elbows. I loved this too because I often used my yoga mat doubled at the end or a flat pillow, or some other cushion when I do my planks anyways.I did notice right out of the bag that they are super thin at the lowest part of the incline and will likely roll up or start to fray quickly after repeated use, so I was disappointed in that but it’s not bad enough for me to lower my 5 ⭐️ rating or return them. You should be able to see in my photos where they are already starting to flip at the edges after only using them for a few poses to test.

Returned... didn’t help with downward dog
Purchased because I have a ganglion cyst in my wrist and my teacher suggested using a wedge to help change the angle of the wrist in the pose. I have also played with using cork blocks and bending my knees which is a much easier modification than using these wedges. I think my primary issue with them is they are too slippery, if you don’t grip them just so you are going to feel like you’re sliding which is not an issue I have when using the blocks. If you’re looking to use these for other poses or purposes they may very likely work for you but after trying, with much frustration, for one class, there are better modifications for this pose. I realize I could have given them more of a try but honestly it was too much work to mess with them and reposition the wedges and my hands every time I got into that pose, I gave up mid class out of frustration. It’s a shame because I really wanted these to work for me! Felt obligated to share my experience as so many reviews state how great they are but they did not help with my issue. No issues with seller, packaging, or shipping, just didn’t help with the problem I bought them for.

Average aid for yoga after thumb surgery and before the next thumb surgery
I bought this after having CMC joint reconstruction in Sept. I was released to go back to my normal routine as slowly as i could tolerate it. I need to have the other thumb done soon. I decided to try these to help my wrists and most importantly my thumbs. They work pretty good in most yoga poses that i use them in esp plank. I don't like using them in down dog. They don't seem to be engineered for a down dog pose. It's very uncomfortable. that's the pose i really needed something to help me with. But over all they are a good aid. I have used them in 2 classes now and they are my 1st 2 classes since Sept 2018 when i had surgery. we'll see if they keep providing me more comfort for both thumbs.

They work!
Working in improving my health through yoga practice. Being overweight, I need props to help my practice and achieve the poses without injuring myself. I bought the wedge block for wrist support and I have to say that with their help I am able to stay in poses that require you to put pressure on your hands/wrists. They actually help me achieve a better pose so I'm not putting all the pressure on my hands. They have been of great help. The material is a thick foam that keeps its form, but still soft enough for your hands to slightly sink into. The surprise was to use them for standing positions to help with my balance. Would totally buy them again and recommend.
