well made and great company
I love life extension and order these all the time. i order all my vitamins from them.

This one is good, but others kind of hard to take
I bought a bunch of vitamins from them, this one is good and easy to take, but others from this brand can be rather hard to take. I'm not someone who finds difficulty taking large meds, but taking 4 or 5 of their different vitamins is too much. It makes me nauseous.This one, and the omega 3 one are pretty good though.
