Super easy to assemble. Took me about an hour from unpacking to finish. I have vaulted ceilings so the height is great for my space and my kitties love being able to perch at the top and survey their domain lol! Their favorite spots are the top two platforms and the round bucket/basket thing (which I might add is super sturdy). The colors go great with my other furniture. Bonus: so far (it’s been about a week), we haven’t had any concerns about sturdiness or tipping. It seems to have a pretty good balance and base. If I had a complaint, I guess it would be that I wish the cushions came off for easy washing but I’m so happy with everything else that the pros outweigh that con. Overall, I think this cat tree is worth every dollar! Oh and it also got to me about a week earlier than the estimated arrival date so that was great! OH! And fun little bonus, the box comes with directions on how to make a cat box house and my super shy girl is LOVING it!

Der Feandrea Kratzbaum hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Mit seinen 206 cm bietet er unglaublich viel Platz zum Klettern, Spielen und Entspannen – perfekt auch für größere oder mehrere Katzen. Die verschiedenen Liegeflächen, Höhlen und Plattformen sind gut durchdacht und werden sofort angenommen. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die Stabilität. Trotz der Höhe steht der Kratzbaum sehr sicher und wackelt nicht. Die Sisalstämme sind dick und hochwertig verarbeitet, ideal zum ausgiebigen Krallenwetzen. Die Liegeflächen sind weich gepolstert und sehr gemütlich. Der Aufbau war dank verständlicher Anleitung problemlos machbar. Optisch macht der Kratzbaum ebenfalls einen hochwertigen Eindruck und passt gut in die Wohnung. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – klare Empfehlung für Katzenhalter, die ihren Tieren etwas Hochwertiges bieten möchten.

El árbol lo he montado hoy. No tenemos los gatos aún, vienen en 3 días. El montaje puede llevar tiempo pero es sencillo y las instrucciones visuales para cualquier persona son fáciles en un manual en español muy bien detallado. Es posible que te equivoques, por ejemplo, poniendo dos tornillos que no son, pero está perfectamente detallado, pero te puedes despistar, pero es cuestión de deshacer un poco y arreglarlo cuando te das cuenta. Lo he conseguido fijar a la pared y ha quedado bien sujeta. Todos los útiles vienen bien definidos. En mi caso los tacos de madera P2 no venían señalizados, pero al ser los únicos que no traían la pegatina, lo deduje. Luego igual no es un fallo de precintado, desde mi punto de vista. No sé si habrá problemas posteriormente con el uso, pero he puesto paciencia en apretar bien los tornillos, si bien hay que revisarlos de vez en cuando por si necesitan un nuevo apriete. Eso se ve si ciertas partes bailan. Estoy muy contento con el producto, pero no con el servicio de mensajería (CTT Express). Me vinieron un jueves (1 de agosto) y no estaba en casa por la tarde. Le dije de quedar al día siguiente y me contestó que él lo entregaba al final de la tarde y que luego lo cogería otro. Le dije que teníamos un horario de estar en casa en días laborables de 8 horas. El caso es que el viernes no vino nadie ni llamó. El sábado me vino otro paquete también de CTT Express (de otra empresa vendedora, no de Amazon), por lo que trabajaban ese día (le pregunté). El lunes llamé al teléfono de Madrid de la compañía de reparto y me dijo que lo sacarían el martes (6 de agosto). Le comenté lo del horario de 8 horas en que estaba y me dijo secamente que "no podemos garantizar que te lo vaya a llevar en ese horario porque para eso el vendedor tenía que haber pagado más dinero por el envío". Yo ya no sé si eso es cierto, o la realidad es que el bulto pesa más de 15 kg y los repartidores "escurrían el bulto" para subir. Vivo en un sitio con ascensor, pero no se ve por la fachada principal y solo lo saben los carteros. Ese mismo día 6 me trajeron dos bultos pequeños de la misma compañía (no de Amazon), pero le pregunté y además le comenté si sabía algo del paquete y me comentó que le iba a decir a su jefe... El caso es que el día 6 después de pasar las horas que había dicho yo al responsable de CTT Express el día anterior, y haber ido a unos recados, al de 40 minutos de haber salido de casa, llama un repartidor. Después de discutir amistosamente y contar toda la película, el hombre parecía participativo. Estábamos haciendo recados, pero decidimos ir a casa antes para estar a las 18:30 h, y así coger el pedido, porque la otra opción era buscarlo al centro provincial y no tienen ni teléfono y la ubicación de Google Maps puede no ser del todo correcta. Así que tuvimos que fastidiar la tarde para ir a por el paquete, y al final, por fin vino a las 18:20 h. He hablado con el vendedor y hemos llegado a un acuerdo por estos temas, porque además, la persona con la que comenté la incidencia de Amazon me engañó diciéndome que el mismo lunes 5 harían el reparto, que lo iba a hablar, que ya se iba a poner el de acuerdo. Mal por Amazon, le di un voto negativo por su mala actuación y su mentira. Toda esta retahíla de lo del paquete es para hacer incidir que, si compras este producto tan pesado, vives en un piso alto sin ascensor y no viene con una compañía que tenga un reparto normal, como me ha pasado a mí, puedes tener problemas. Yo ya le he aconsejado al vendedor que use otros medios de envío. Si os podéis poner de acuerdo con el vendedor antes de comprar, que no venga por CTT Express o que se declare que vas a recibir el paquete a ciertas horas, porque como es voluminoso, la gente se escaquea, y en CTT Express nadie sabe nada de otros compañeros ni de lo que ha pasado anteriormente a tu paquete. Ni siquiera saben el teléfono de su sede, y no viene en internet.... En una palabra, estoy contento con el producto y con el vendedor, pero no con la empresa de reparto, pues considero que no me entregaron el paquete por vagueza (lo digo claramente por el peso del paquete), y al último le dije ya que tenemos ascensor y parece que se motivó para entregarlo intentando buscar una solución en horas que no debiera haber vuelto yo a mi casa si la empresa llevara un poco de control de los paquetes. Además, dar un margen de 8 horas seguidas, es mucho margen, no le pedía que me lo entregara en una franja de media hora. Aunque sí que es cierto que el pedido en un principio iba a llegar el día 1 (y era antes de lo prometido como franja de envío), desde ese día hasta el día 6, no me parece conforme tanto tiempo para entregar un paquete. Y así le ha parecido al vendedor. Por lo tanto, buen vendedor, buen producto, pero mala compañía para entregar paquetes pesados.

We just got our Feandrea Cat Tree and it is everything we expected and more! An added bonus that the box it came in could be reassembled to make a Cat House. What a wonderfully marvellous idea! Unfortunately the box was torn apart too much to make it happen, but the fact that this was part of the product, we were thrilled that even the box was utilized instead of being a straight-toss-into-recycling item. Our cats were wondering what the heck we were building and started checking it out after we got to the "second floor". We were thrilled that the posts were all used for scratching so they were obviously thrilled as well. Our oldest boy checked out the basket as soon as it was attached and we were shocked that he wanted to lie curled up in it almost immediately. He's a little bonier than we'd like and this basket was perfect for him to be comfortable. Our old cat post had hard flat parts, and even though they are covered in carpet, it's not the same as having a nice comfy basket that has no hard bottom. Our other kitty took to the upper cave right away. She went in through the big opening and her mouth and nose poked out the little hole. It became a great play toy for her and gave us tons of laughter as she was exploring this cave for a good hour! Our littlest kitty was wondering what the heck the other two were doing and decided to join in on exploring the new tree. She found plenty of ways to get around and play attack her siblings. The hanging balls are just perfect for her as she can play with them when she is Queen of the Castle, or just one deck below. Thank you for the spare toys! You know cats well! The assembly was easy and straight forward and there was absolutely no confusion about what was supposed to go where. I loved that everything we needed was included. It's a well thought out design. I really liked the soft sides, allowing our kitties to have comfort even lying against them. The price was awesome! Compared to other cat trees, we chose this one because the designers obviously understood that cats come in a variety of sizes. A 12x12 inch or less perch is too small. This one was bigger and our cats can lie in them comfortably. Our cats tend to fight over who gets the top spot and having two up there is good. We actually have 4 cats but only 3 of them are confident tree climbers. But even our little miss scaredy cat at least went on the hammock. I will say this: This tree is so well built we didn't need to anchor it to the wall. It is, however, beside our couch which offers little support. Thank you for thinking of the wall anchor but your design is so well thought out, we don't need to anchor it. (But we still can if we need too!) We're waiting for the usual cat rips to happen, and that's usually when the last cat tree fell over... continuously! This cat tree gets 14 paws and 4 hands high! 5 stars for sure! Fijne klim / krabpaal. Ik heb 1 van de slaapplekjes bovenop eraf gelaten waardoor hij iets vlakker tegen de muur staat. 1 van mijn katten ligt heel graag helemaal bovenin te slapen. Heb hem nu meer dan een jaar en hij is nog heel mooi. Ze hebben wel andere (kartonnen) krabplankjes erbij dus gebruiken hem vooral om in te klimmen en in te slapen. De kleur is ook heel acceptabel
