second time I ordered this product, without pipe how can we use the pump. Product quality is best but but product packaging missing the pipe.

The primer claims to best for dry skin, it grips the makeup, and lasts longer. And it does holds my makeup FOR HOURS AND THIS FLAWLESSLY!! Go for it I can truly understand why it was called as the dupe of milk hydrogrip primer or elf one for sure now.🤌at this price point go for it.👍
