It seems to work great for me, so far.

This pillow sucks!Not worth $80
This $80 pillow doesn’t work,it still flattens out after I lay head on it.My arm still goes numb while I’m sleeping.Its false advertising to say “no more arm numbness” It’s not worth the buy at all.

A little small
The pillow needs to be a little bigger and firmer in my opinion. It does look like the picture though.
