Installed 2 days ago. Came with 54% charge on the battery and was at 47% a few hours later when I went to bed. 6 hours later it still showed 47% when I got up. Took the entire day of my heavier than normal use to dwindle it down to 6% before my first charge on a 1A charger that charged to 100% in a couple hours. Left it plugged in another hour and it has gone about 24 hours without charge and still some heavier than normal use and now is showing 18%. My normal use on the OEM battery new would still be around 70% at the end of the day on my average use but after 4 years wasn't making it through the day without needing a charge. I do think this battery has more capacity than the OEM, but the advertised 11,500 mAh rating doesn't seem likely or possible to me. I have only had it installed 2 days now and seems to be working good and decent quality thus far. I used to go 2 days before charging the OEM 1,821 mAh battery, and my average use on a 11,500 mAh battery should get me 5 to 6 times that between charges - like a week or ten days. Don't think that is going to happen? Maybe after the first 10 full cycle and charges it will impress me. I will update if it does. In the meantime - I do think it was a much needed replacement and even an upgrade for $20 that seems to be worth it for a decent price. So far.... So Good.

Bought one for my 12 mini, it makes my phone goes hotter and does not last longer than the original battery at 75% life

This kit has but new life into my iPhone 8 which wouldn't keep a charge for the entire day. Now I can run it all day long and still have more than 50% charge at the end of the day. The installation instructions were good, but I recommend watching a few YouTube videos on how to change the battery before you attempt doing it. I was also pleased that the kit came with a replacement seal to help keep out moisture. Most of the video people didn't show replacing the seal. It was very time consuming but well worth the effort.

The battery arrived next day as estimated. The battery life is awesome as described (much better than OEM). It last a long time. It also came with the glue strip for the touch glass which was an added surprise and needed item since I stripped the bottom screws and had to break the tabs on the screen. It now offers a more secured holding for the screen. Thumbs up. I highly recommend this.
