It’s functional, does the job
It doesn’t totally move stay still, which isn’t totally a fault of the brush itself if the shower floor has a texture, it won’t be able to cling. For me I wish the wings were a little longer on the sides so I could step on side to hold the brush steel while scrubbing my other foot.
