Thus far the item works great. Looks like a brand new piece of equipment. I am a very satisfied, happy customer.

Received item in good condition. Packaging was secure. Item appearance was exactly as described and fully functional.

The seller stated it was in “excellent” condition but I would only rate it as “good”. The screen had obviously been replaced which is acceptable for a refurbished product. But the adhesive had prominently spilled over the edges and it looked like a 5-year old had done the work. I was able to trim the excess without damaging the screen or chassis so I did not return the product despite the poor quality of the installation. The hardware was as advertised and the chassis was indeed in excellent condition. Notably the battery life is exceptional after I did a stress test to check functionality. Overall it was a good purchase but not perfect. Photos attached for reference.

Turned out to be a great Tablet

While the support related to the returned Surface was good, the product shipped was not as described and was also defective. The Surface computer would only blue screen during the startup and initial Windows setup/install. The setup/install could not finish due to continuous blue-screen events followed by reboots followed by the first install screen being presented again. The Surface shipped had multiple dents on different edges of the computer and did not match the quality in the description. The package was not damaged, which would seem to indicate that the dents were not shipping related. There were wear/scratch marks around the USB-C connector. The OEM serial number and branding indicated that there was a 256GB SSDS, though the reseller claimed that a 512GB was installed. This could not be verified because the initial Windows install could not finish.
