This kid has absolutely everything you need for a small fountain in a Koi pond.I am using it for a bubble rock in my Koi pond. I attached 4 feet of hose and put it through the hole in the rock sunk this filter kit to the bottom and plugged it in. It’s doing great. In fact I had to figure out a way to restrict the flow because I had too much water coming out. Once I put a small clamp on the hose and a pebble over the top where the water comes out, it was perfect.The kit comes with everything you need to do what I did or for a traditional fountain. It has several different fountain heads to break the surface with a jet of water a showering fountain or even a giant bubble looking thing.The light is cool and gives a cool glow but is not for me. I may disconnect itIt comes with two layers of filter media that the water goes through. In my opinion, it doesn’t include enough. I filled in the void with more sponge tape material from old filter pads I had laying around. I would recommend adding more bio rings, bio balls, or do what I did with filtration material. Honestly, the absence of enough media to fill up this filter was the only negative encountered so farI did clean it one time as my pond as it’s very early in spring and we had an algae bloom. The pump slowed down a little bit only because there was a layer of green gunk stuck to the top. However, it didn’t slow a ton and all I had to do was spray down the filters on the top of the kit with a hose reassemble and throw it back in the pond.All in all, I’m very happy with this system. It’s doing what I wanted it too, and I recommend it.If something happens later in the season, I shall update this review

Sturdy build and surprisingly solid construction. The RGB light ring is a fun touch—really adds to the look, especially for night use. I’m currently redoing my pond and haven’t placed it in yet, but it’s already showing promise just from setup.What I really care about, though, is the filtration. In a natural-style pond like mine, the water isn’t always crystal clear, and pumps tend to clog fast with leaves and debris. This setup looks like it’ll handle that with ease. The built-in filter with bio-balls and ceramic rings is a smart design, and I like that the pump is protected up front.Living in Texas, I’ve had similar products give out in the heat, so fingers crossed this one holds up better. Based on the build alone, I’m optimistic. Bonus points for being quiet and offering multiple spray heads too. So far, I’m impressed.

It was delivered with a key piece missing. Luckily I had an old one I could use. With all the parts I would have rated it a 4. It is a pretty fountain with great power to move the water well. I am not a fan of the light as it abruptly changes color very fast.

This pond pump comes with a filter box with two foam filters, bio balls, two fountain heads and led lights. The set up will give you a working fountain plus a side discharge port to power another water feature in your pond. You can adjust the fountain head to prevent wind blowing the water over the edge of your pond. The RGB led lights give a great ambiance with the light below the surface and the ability to change the color to suit your desire.

This is a good sized pond pump. It has everything needed to keep the pond clean and clear. It has the different filter pads and bio rings and balls as well. It has several fountian tips to make different water patterns. The LED light ring is awesome. It lights up the whole pond really well. I like that it has the built in diverter too. I was able to connect a separate waterfall feature with the diverter valve.
