These are wonderful little speakers for the price. They're a nice size, not too small and fiddly like some travel speakers but still small and compact making them easy to carry from room to room or slip into your bag. They have a nice solid feel to them and the folding mechanism is very smooth. It's a nice touch that they come with batteries included - a lot of things don't these days. The battery compartment is easy to open and closes securely. It also has a helpful ribbon for easy battery removal which is great; I hate fiddling about trying to remove batteries from things. :P Sound quality seems good. For the size and cost of the speakers they're great quality. Very loud too, and even when I turn my mp3 player up to max volume the music doesn't get distorted. These are a great buy and I thoroughly recommend.

We bought this to take on holiday with us so we could play music from our iPod. Good sound for the size. Neat and stored in a little cloth bag. Be aware though, this item DOES NOT charge your iPod, it is what it says - a speaker. Good value for the money. Very pleased.

These speakers are just fantastic!!! I purchased them for £6 and was a little worried about the quality for such a low price but seriously, they are great!! I have an iPod Touch and it works so perfectly with them. The auxillary cable being built in is extremely handy as it makes it very nifty to carry around. I have had no problems in getting my iPod to balance on the little ledge that folds out, including portrait and landscape!! It makes it ideal to watch videos. I have tested them and at full volume there is no distortion whatsoever and they are very loud! I use them in a small shop and without being at full volumne it can be heard clearly. The only thing that I would change would be for the device to have its own volume control as it is a hassle for me having to unlock my iPod everytime I want the volume changed but otherwise they are great. They run on AAA batteries which for me is a plus as it means I dont have the hassle of charging it up everytime I want to use it but you can plug it into a power supply however the cable for this is not supplied. I have so far been using the batteries it was supplied with for 8 hours and its still going strong! Great item and SUCH a bargain!!!!

Rubbish! Came without the adaptor which means I have just had to spend 10 pounds on an adaptor. In which case I would have bought something else in the first place only chose this because of the low price. Rubbish rubbish!

good sound, I bought two but neither works now.,too fragile
