TDK LoR Bluetooth wireless speaker sound cube V513

Hey, I bought this at Fry's Electronics in 2014. The Bluetooth cuts out sometimes and I have to turn it off and on to get the Bluetooth connection working again. Therefore I use the reliable Aux connection everytime. The only problem with that is all the chords, of course. First world problem but because there is no battery in this version of the speaker, with the aux chord, power chord and brick always having to be connected, it's cumbersome to carry around. Just now, actually, the wire from the outlet to the power brick broke and I have to find a new power chord. This is after almost 2 years of use. If this had a battery inside it I wouldn't have this problem as I would have the power chord at home or in my work office just waiting to do some charging, just like I treat my mobile phone charger.

The sound is great out of this unit, fills the entire room. This is not really a portable unit even though there is a handle. The Bluetooth connectivity is trash though, if you pause a song it will lose connection and you will have to turn the unit off and on to reconnect. I’ve searched and can not find a fix for this issue other than the using aux cord.

I want three more! Battery doesn't work out of the box. Awesome sound! Bass and treble equalizer are a great option.
