Poor usability no support
I've had a number of satellite and terrestrial meters over the years. This meter has very poor usability and critical functions are not there. There is seemingly a firmware upgrade and satellite/channel editor, I have spent ages trying to find them online but there is no support. I have previously spent a couple of days setting up the satellites, transponders and channels, which is very labourious to do manually through the meter. To then lose all that time and effort by accidentally wiping them out, then having to go through the whole process again. There are no options to back up the firmware, satellite/channels etc even though theres a usb connection. I suspect this may be in the firmware upgrade which I can't find because theres no support. I've had cheap £50.00 quick fix satellite meters which have been far more usable and have had back up options. If your going to state in your description the function that the meter can be updated via usb, make the updates available. For circa £270.00 there should be support.
