Very comfortable and well designed
I have owned ankle weights before and these are the best designed and best fitting of any I have used. I got three different weights, to allow for progression. They are adjustable, which one would expect, and the velcro is wide enough to spread the pressure out. I would recommend these for anyone wanting to invest in ankle weights for rehab or developing more strength/stamina for your legs.

Health Increase
Recently completed Lung & Cardio Rehab (3 mos @ 3 times per week). We used these same type Free Weights in this class. Was having trouble breathing. Started out with 1 lb weights (hand & leg). By the end of my rehab, was using 5 lb hand weights and 6 lb leg weights. My breathing has increased 99%, Stamina has also increased tremendously. Wanted the same weights that I was using at the rehab and you had them. I am 73 yrs old.

they're awesome.
These weights can't be worn without some type of socks. The Velcro cuts into your ankle and is very uncomfortable. With socks, they're awesome.

Poor Quality!
Bought for our gymnastic granddaughter and she loves them!03-18-20 Update: They started ripping open after 6 months of light use for 5 minutes 4 times a week.

Okay so far...
I have been using this the last couple weeks on my walk. It has done what I've needed it to so far. I'm not sure I'd order again.1st this does not fit around my ankle, there is a 2" gap where the velcro secures.2nd the gap causes the strap to rub against my skin, making these slightly uncomfortable.3rd, the material feels very thin. I walk a gravel trail but I wouldn't recommend using these on a hike or an area with weeds or branches that can snag this.

No issues, good fit
I use these for light Physical Therapy exercises. No jogging, running or anything like that. Front and side leg raises. Construction is fine, no issues there. I also don't have issue with the Velcro on my skin. There is a piece of material that helps covers what would be the exposed area. I would say I have medium thickness ankles and these fit very well. I would recommend for physical therapy type use.

Ankle weights are your friend
If you're in high school I definitely recommend wearing ankle weights (as heavy as you can find) to school every day like I did. Great for building strength and walking speed (though your walking speed may suffer while wearing them at first so make sure you leave your classes early enough to get to the next one on time!). Also great conversation starter and way to attract girls.

Nice
I actually bought the wrong ankle weights, but with that being said, I love these. I strap them on first thing in the morning and wear them around the house while I'm cleaning, crafts, etc. Hopefully I'll start seeing results.
