This supplement has changed my life as a man. I am in my '50s and feel like I'm in my '30s. My sleep patterns changed immediately and I got caught up on sleep that I didn't even know I needed. My muscle structure began to enhance as well in my workouts and the effects there of those workouts.

The pack of three DHEA supplement complexes come shrink wrapped and the lids are sealed well.The gelatin cap containing the supplements are pretty standard sized for a mixed supplement, which is larger than a prescription med but not enormous either. The gelatin holds up pretty well and does not dissolve immediately which help during ingestion. I hate when gelatin caps dissolve too quickly and are hard to swallow. To echo another reviewer, there is some residual powder on the caps and in the interior of the bottle. I didn't find it too bothersome, but understand the point of the other reviewer in that I've experienced an unwelcome dusting of supplement powder when dispensing too - your experience may vary on this subject.I've taken about 20 doses of these supplements daily and I've noticed that I am more alert and acute in the morning than without it. I have a predisposition to having parasomnia and this does not exacerbate that at all. If anything it has made my wake up time fairly consistent (6 am even on weekends). I don't feel an energy boost but I have noticed increased mental acuity throughout the day.I will continue to take this supplement complex and recommend it if the ingredients appeal to you.

The three containers with their protective seals allk arrived on time. They were shipped with another Amazon order in a padded envelope. Each was secured and protected in an envelope of its own.This product has the appearance of all other supplements. It is distributed in a plastic bottle with a simple screw off lid. The most powerful ingredient in this vitamin supplement is vitamin D3 and it is substantial in providing a very high DV percentage that is well over 600%.While there is no doubt about the benefits of engaging in a good healthy amount of the D3 vitamin, ingestion of this high level daily should reasonably suggest that you consult your health care provider.For some individuals that may already have a condition known as hypercalcemia should avoid taking before consultation with a professional. It goes without saying keep this and all vitamin supplements away from children.There is the possibility of a toxic dose in more than one type of vitamin. That would give a the user a chance to better regulate that dosage according to need or advisory from a professional.I took two of them already...I certainly am not going to tell you in a day or two that I feel better already or that the capsules prevented the growth of a Basil Cell Carcinoma. They could do that in time, and it all takes time.The brand and distributor are not unknown. This DHEA supplement is a powerful tool in engaging hormonal balance between estrogen and testosterone.It should be treated with respect. Do that, and it could treat you the same in return.

Just received these two containers dhea, pregnenolone, ashawagandha, dim and boron. With 60 capsules in each, what a waste of plastic. The bottle is NO more than 1/3 full, even putting both bottles together in one, still is literally only 2/3 full. Makes me think the capsules them selves are stuffed with rice flour to fill the gap. More after using for a few weeks.

These capsules are a nice standard size. easy to swallow and virtually no scent. I’ve noticed no digestive issues or other side effects.As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with other supplements you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way (in addition to my multi-vitamin I also take magnesium, zinc, and Vitamin D3). According to my research the listed values in those “redundant” ingredients do not give me any concerns about my safety (as always it’s best to consult with your physician if you have any questions or concerns).Each bottle contains a one-month supply (60 capsules and you take 2 per day) which makes this a very reasonable value; at the time I ordered this product the listed price was $34.95 ($0.38 / day).It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up.
