Letters on the Balloon.
Fun for the party but some of the Letters on the Balloon had come off before they got to me.

Disappointing
Really unimpressed. A handful of these I couldn’t even blow up because (as pictured) the wording is cut off. The remaining ones did not fair well with being filled with helium. (No they were not over-filled) I would NOT recommend.Only positive would be the wording is funny. But that only matters if it’s fully printed on the balloon.
