I love this pan so much. It is truly nonstick, it’s lightweight but durable, and my favorite, it is so easy to clean. I even tried to trick it into sticking by frying eggs with no butter or oil, and nope! Nothing stuck and the eggs cooked beautifully. It’s replacing a much more expensive ceramic coated pan that is ready to retire. I decided to try this rather than buy another pricey pan, and I’m so glad I did!

Ceramic!?! One has to understand that this is not a coating like Teflon which can come off or worse yet the fumes from high heat can mix with the food. But it is a coating and requires attentive care for it to last. I've always been leery of Teflon since it's invention, it is a chemical process.

So far so good! Been using this pan for almost a month! It’s so important to read the directions and burn oil before use. This makes the pan nonstick for future use. I use it for eggs veggies dinner and the food does not stick it all wipes away so clean after each use!

Pan arrived promptly, was safely packaged, and found to be in new condition free from any chips or other defects. Handle is comfortable. Heats up quickly. Nonstick surface is, in fact, non stick. Affordable price point. Overall I think this is a good value. My only criticism is styling - I don’t happen to care for the look, hence my 4 star rather than 5 star review. Other than that, nothing negative to note.

Scoured the internet looking for a good omelet pan. This pan is AMAZING! I have never been able to successfully make an omelet. Now, I've made several that are diner-worthy! I did "cure it" first per the directions and wash it gently with mild soapy water and a cloth. I use wooden utensils on it. Omelets flip easily and slide right out. So happy with this purchase.

I'm not really into pots and pans I'm more of a air fryer and microwave person and I live alone so I just love this item the skillet it is gorgeous I cooked in it this morning soon I received it and the food cook evenly and it's wonderful thank you for bringing us the product and anyone have any doubt don't doubt just buy I was skeptical at first but I'm glad I got it and I will go for the smaller one I got the 11 inch I'm going to go I think it's a 9 inch I am going to get that anyway thank you for your product and I know I will have a lot of years to enjoy it and bring more thank you

Works great on induction. Screwdriver to attach handle included. I guess they could use a smaller box without the handle sticking out.

I like it. Most usable! But the handle is a little wobbly even though I tightened the screws.
