I bought this because I wanted to can tomatoes that were cubed. I used Roma tomatoes 🍅 and it worked very well. I was able to cubes 30 quarts of tomatoes in 45 minutes. I can't wait to try the other features. Cleanup is a little tedious but worth the time.

Isn't able to cut through a sweet potato. I even sliced it thinner, and used all my weight. So that was a bummer.
