I am actually surprised to have the opportunity to review a product from bulk supplements. I can rely on bulk supplements to be a reliable company for a great price. They have been a great company that I have ordered many things from over the years.This is my first experience using Kanna. I have taken as many as 2 capsules at a time. I do feel a calmer, less stressed feeling. I was taking it instead of over the counter pain meds when I had some body aches and pains and it did seem to help.The capsules are teeny tiny, and this is a big bottle of product!NOTE - You may have seen the line above my review that says, ''Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.'' So you may be thinking, ''Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?'' I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews!Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So, in a way, it's not really ''free.'' Also, we have no reason not to give full honest opinions. We don't get dropped out of the program for rating things too high or too low. Therefore, my goal is to review the products honestly and thoroughly. I hope that I did that for you today.

I normally love the supplements from BulkSupplements. They're usually inexpensive and no-nonsense and this is no exception. The capsules are small enough and easy to swallow, but as for the effects, I'm not entirely sure I could tell any difference. I don't know if being a redhead makes me "immune" to the effects of such things (real "heavy-duty" medications and even anesthetics barely faze me), but the price for these makes it worth a try if you are the type to benefit from it.

I love BulkSupplements, as I have ordered many of their products before. These particular kava extract capsules are just what I've come to expect from them. They are high quality and easy to digest. These particular capsules are fairly small and you get a large quantity of them in the bottle, so it's a good value.My one complaint is that you have to drink it with a full glass of water. I understand that's the norm for this type of supplement, so I don't fault BulkSupplements for it, but sometimes that can be a little difficult to do for such a portable capsule.I feel some slight positive effects with inconsistent use (due to the full glass of water requirement,) and I would only expect better results with more consistent use.

I was really hoping to try this some time ago, but I ended up getting bronchitis and had to delay taking it, as I wanted no interference in telling how it feels. Sad, but so it goes. But now that I've had a chance to try it I'm happy with it. I look for some pretty basic things... I want this to be easy to take and to have enough that I don't have to re-order in a month. This accomplishes that. These are easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. They are certified high-quality. And they're inexpensive. This is something I wanted to try, and this is a great way to do it. I'm happy to take this kanna extract, as well as to recommend it.

I've tried several brands of Kanna and only had a few that actually worked. I even opened 5 caps and took it sublingually and didn't notice anything. I usually get a short euphoria, followed by an overall elevated lift in my social interaction while having a very relaxed feeling. Anxiety is horrible, but Kanna helps big time. Sadly, as with a lot of products made by this brand, they are hit and miss. This one was a HUGE miss and doesn't let you know what the percentage of active alkaloids. I usually have at least 5% - 6% per tablet and it does the trick. Not so much with this brand. I also sent them a message asking what the alkaloid percentage of mesembrine about a week ago and haven't received a response. So their customer service is ranking fairly poor.

This really seems to help me sleep better and relax I am a firm believer in maintaining good health throughout my life instead of waiting until I have an illness to change my habitsI already take these vitamins myself, I know they are a great blend of natural ingredients without any of the hidden or harmful ingredients. Some companies add many fillers into our vitamins and herbs. I know that these ingredients are great quality, and I am very happy with this product!

I've tried this a couple of times and so far I can't claim to have felt any effects. It does taste like kanna, so there is that at least.First time, I took a single capsule orally. I know that oral absorption of kanna is low and that it requires a much higher dose than sublingual, so I didn't have any expectations and wasn't entirely shocked that I felt nothing. The second time though, I opened up two capsules and took them sublingually. Still nothing. So, I'm not certain what to make of it. I'll likely continue to experiment with different doses and routes of administration and if I find something that seems efficacious, I'll update my review. But for now, color me underwhelmed.

My first time trying this, I had heard it can be relaxing so decided to give it a try. I tried just one capsule for now, and did notice a mild relaxing effect. Not too strong and didn't notice any morning after grogginess. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness. The capsules are small, making it easy to personalize the dosage.
