really good chair. came in the box assembled took very little time to get started. super easy to use and the 4D features are amazing. If you are 5 11 or taller, i would skip this chair. I am 5 10 and it's just almost perfect, but my wife loves it.Superb features with several modes and very comfortable to use! Wish I had more thoroughly the other reviews, which are clearly translated and/or AI. The chair looks nice, the zero gravity it good, but the massage elements are not good. I tried just about every setting to avoid the pain of reboxing it for return, but unless you like a gentle massage that is very hard to customize, this is not for you.
