Love this product. I have used many long wear lip stains for years and decided to give this a try. I don’t know what sorcery is behind this but can say it stays put, lasts most of my work day without coming off on my water bottle straw. It’s also not drying like many other lip stains. I have tried the red and nude and like both colors.

This is the Clarins NEW Water Lip Stain. The color is beautiful, but a little dark for my fair skin. It goes on smooth and wet, but dries pretty quickly. It’s easy to use and lasts a couple of hours. It’s a little pricey for what it is, but this may work for some.

This is hands down the best lip stain I’ve ever used. The color is gorgeous and buildable, it lasts all day without fading or transferring, and there’s no scent at all. It feels weightless on the lips and gives a natural, just-bitten look. Absolutely love it!

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the brush makes it difficult to get precise lines, but this is a nice lip stain. It goes on easily and stains immediately. You can blot it off for a matte look, or keep it glossy depending on your mood. The color lasts all day and even after eating or drinking. This is my new go-to lip stain.

This is the most flattering color I’ve tried from Clarins. I had the Rose and Red, which I liked and used completely. I was going to try the nude color, but saw mixed reviews. Wasn’t sure what this color would be- I was worried it would be too purple or dark.Instead, it’s such a beautiful shade on my lips. Just one good coat in the daytime with lip liner is natural and vibrant. Like a berry color. It should be called Berry, actually.I have several of the benefit lip stains also. I think the Clarins is better. It’s a little thicker. Def lasts longer.I layer my lip color when doing more formal makeup. Always use this as a base. That way, when my lipstick if my lipstick wears off, I have a nice natural color on my lips.. Bur also, having this as a base adds vibrancy and depth to my overall look. This is just the right shade for my fair warm skin tone…

Watery texture but once you get used to the texture and use the brush as lip liner, it is a breeze to tint and plump the lips. It smells like raspberies and stays on all day giving lips a naturally looking rosy look w/o drying them out.

This is the holy grail. The world should give you one of these when you turn 50. EVERYTHING that lasts dries my lips out except this. I can use this in the morning and it lasts well until dinner. I use a lip mask at night so my lips are already hydrated in the morning. This color is super scary out of the bottle (like clown-ish), so I put some on and then blend with my finger (which stains my finger but whatever). I then reapply with the brush in the corners of my mouth to make my lips look fuller. I've found I don't even need a lip liner if I use the brush to trace around my mouth. I allow to dry and then I use glossier's birthday balm or a nuxe honey balm if I want a plain look. Otherwise I layer this under lipstick for more pow. It works great and I don't end up with lizard lips. My lips are both drier and smaller as I've aged and I really think this is a great product to address both issues.
