Like other reviews, I will mention the tangling. The first strand I wasn't as cautious unrolling them and had quite a tangle. The second time I was VERY cautious and still got them tangled. The wire is kinda stiff and the little lights catch and tangle easy, BUT, I was patient and got them unrolled and they are SO pretty! And I set the time for 8 hours and they turned off on schedule. It was so nice to just open the front door this morning and click them on with the remote too! They say they are water proof, but just to be safe I wrapped a little saran wrap around the controller. Anyway, I have just had them for one day, but that's how it's going so far! I may order some more for my back porch!

Beautiful lights!!! We were having an outdoor wedding reception for my daughter. We put the lights on our young fruit trees so that people parking in the yard would not run over them and to provide a beautiful party atmosphere. People were amazed at the lights and could not believe they were solar. They kept asking my husband how he ran cords all over the yard and he explained that he didn't need to since they were solar. They come on at dusk and turn off at dawn. Love them!!

I bought these lights to hang on the top of my canopy bed needless to say they broke after three uses of just on and off I didn't move them after I initially place them over the canopy they haven't been bothered I have replaced the batteries still there just not working they're not worth the money I'm going to spend a little extra and buy some nicer lights for my bed highly disappointed

The lights are bright, easy to set up. But it’s kind of too soft, easily tangled. Overall it’s a good product, need to test how long it will last

I displayed this in a large lantern which worked and looked great for a couple of months. When I carefully removed it to decorate a tabletop Christmas tree it stopped working -- even with new batteries in the battery box and remote. Piece of crap!

These lights are amazing! We only just got them, so I cannot speak to longevity. However, they feel super well made. They are a soft silicone like plastic, instead of old school hard plastic. They got rained on today and are doing great! The solar turns on when it gets dark and off when it lights up. The colors are amazing! I'm so very pleased!!

The remote never worked and within a few hours it went through a new pair of batteries. I don’t recommend these.

Of youbplan on putting these somewhere and not touching them much they’re great. But if you need to hang them and take them down a lot then don’t bother. Very very thin wire that breaks easily. Remote worked well.
