Helps u poop! Only take a directed I made a mistake and was hurting while poop was forced down to fast! Ouch!

These work well but not sure they’re that strong to fully detox. What I like is that the ingredients feel natural, I heard the liquid version is awful so went with the pill format instead. I like that I can take at night and sleep just fine, in the morning, do be ready to evacuate but it’s not like it will last all day so you’ll be good to go to work or run your errands. Helps with bloating and also, not suggested to take daily, maybe 3-4 nights straight but that’s all. Not sure I loooove them but I don’t dislike them either, and prefer to take these rather than the chemical ones from the store. It helps when I have too much food and feel blotted.
