Recordable Greeting Card

Excellent card my friend is blind ,it is good to be able to give her good wishes

Following my dad’s stroke he is unable to write. He wanted to send a special message to my niece (his granddaughter) for her 21st Birthday. I normally right all his card with him verbalising to me his message. This was the ideal solution, he recorded his message and my nieces face was an absolute picture when she opened the card and listened to the message. We placed this inside another card and added some decorations. The record function is so easy to use and if left in (you can turn it off at the back), the message plays when opened. Expensive, but to us as a family, it was worth it!

So I bought this for a good friend's birthday and the message was meant to be a funny surprise. We followed the instructions and there was no beep, no light. Tried again. Panicked and got mad at the card, switched on and off again and still nothing. Finally, at some point ist worked. I'm not sure what we did differently, maybe pressing into the battery? Maybe they were slightly misaligned at first? I have no idea. But once it worked, it was great. Easy to record, rerecord and play. The sound was loud and the surprise was great. So if it doesn't work for you, keep pushing it, change the position, etc. Maybe you'll get lucky as I did!

Only one of these cards worked. I noticed the second card didnt record 1 day outside the return window and the seller wouldn't accept a particial refund. The card that did work is okay. But overall this is a poor product and I would not recommend.

brilliant card, can record a surprisingly long message, usually these cards can only record 5-10 seconds. can also re-record as many times as you like. easy to use, great purchase.

It was packed very well with no chance of it getting damaged. It can record over and over (good idea if you get tongue tied) I wish it had a slightly longer recording time 'cause I had written a poem with 4, 4 lined verses and had to rush a bit for the 40sec time limit, but I suppose that's my issue. The recording was a tiny bit grainy but for the size of the speaker it's ok. On saying all that, I probably would buy again ... with just 3 verses this time :-) 16/4/24 - Update of my first review- After having recording it about a million times and using the 4 verses :-) I have to say that it turned out extremely well and not grainy. I didn't speak as close to the "mike" this time and I was able to put some instrumental music behind my voice which worked brilliantly after a few tries putting the music at various points away from my voice. My daughter loved it and so did everyone else who heard it. Very, very pleased with the outcome. :-)

Easy to use. Price is quite high but if you buy a card with sound it ain’t cheap either. And you can make it very personal with your own sounds! I think it’s re-usable too.

Love these cards. Had my daughter decorate it and record a message for my husband last Christmas. He cried and is obsessed with it. Bought 2 more for grandparents this year. Super easy to use.

Sehr schöne Möglichkeit eine individuelle Karte zu gestalten und persönlichen Gruß aufzunehmen. Die Aufnahme ist ganz einfach und lässt sich auch mehrfach wiederholen. Papier hat eine gute Stärke so dass man es gut beschreiben und bemalen kann. Vorne drauf glänzend, so dass man etwas aufpassen muss, dass es nicht verwischt.

La carte est simple d'utilisation. Elle est blanche, j'ai donc pu la décorer comme je le souhaitais. L'enregistrement se fait simplement et le son est correct (pour une carte cadeau, bien sûr, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un son Dolby stereo) Surtout, j'ai apprécié la communication avec le vendeur. Il a su me régler mon petit souci de livraison très rapidement. C'est toujours très agréable quand on commande sur internet.
