So far, I love this supplement. I've been using them for a month and just got an improved blood test back. It has the vitamins and minerals that you actually need, and in a form that is better than most other supplements. I've used cheaper supplements my whole life, but usually the cheaper supplements have manufactured vitamins and not natural vitamins and minerals. This product isn't cheap, but it's not expensive either. If you care about your health then buy better supplements, like this one! The capsules aren't tiny, but they are smaller and easier to swallow than most other supplements I've had in the past.

I’ve been taking Thyroid Support Complex for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I’m feeling a noticeable difference. Before starting it, I was constantly tired, foggy-headed, and just felt off—like I couldn’t quite shake the sluggishness no matter how much I slept or how well I ate. Since starting this supplement, my energy levels have picked up. I don’t feel as drained halfway through the day, and my mental clarity is so much better. I’ve also noticed that my mood has improved—I’m not as irritable or anxious, and my overall motivation feels more balanced and steady. Of course, everyone’s body is different, but for me, this has made a big difference. I feel more like myself again.

UPDATE***** I had to update after 2 weeks. If you have Hashimotos, please be aware that some people who have it can NOT take iodine. I initially felt great, but I found out after a couple of weeks that I am definitely one of them who can't tolerate it. I was thrown into an autoimmune attack and I actually felt like I was dying. Every joint in my body ached, I was bloated more than I normally am, and I felt so depressed. After discontinuing,all of those symptoms went away. Please check with your doctor before taking it if you have Hashimotos. OR, if you do take it, and a few days later start feeling bad, know that this supplement may be the problem.*** I am actually shocked at how well this is working, and so quickly. I was expecting like with most supplements, to wait a month at least if not more to notice any changes, but i noticed a huge difference in the way i feel in just one day. I have Hashimoto's, so i feel yucky most of the time even though I try to east well and get good rest. I have more energy after starting this supplement. I wake up feeling rested, and I do not feel like I am as hungry all of the time. I am expecting even more results as time goes on.
