Make sure you remove the white plastic film on the two small racks, it’s not in the instructions to do so. At first I thought they were coated in a ceramic coating, but found out it’s a protective film. Also, the vent on the side of the smoker was assembled backwards.. but that was an easy fix. It takes two people to put it together, but if you fallow the instructions you’ll do fine!

Love it now that it is assembled but it took a few stressful days to put it together

The assembly instructions consisted of just pictures. Sometimes very difficult to figure out. The screws are packaged great. They are all phillips head, which is unusual, but at least they were all phillips head. The parts were mostly labeled, but the stickers on the parts had letters, the pictures in the instructions had numbers (I did later see that the letters were sometimes there also). Not all parts had the stickers to identify the part, though most did.After assembly and one disassembly due to a part being backwards the grill works pretty good.The grill gets very hot with charcoal, doesn't matter how the chimney or side vents are set. Still, works good with a little attention.

I'm liking it and my ol'lady likes it. She calls it his and her sides of the grill. No complaints, but would recommend a flat top insert.

This grill is very slow and the smoker dose not work sorry I will what to return last night we tried to use it even bought a cover for it ,however it’s not as we had expected.

Bought as father's day gift he loves it and it grills perfectly
