Quality of product is not poor. Complete Waste of Money – Broke After Just Two Uses!This is by far the worst knife sharpener I’ve ever purchased. I used it only twice, and it completely fell apart. The blades came off while I was sharpening, which could’ve been dangerous. It feels cheap and poorly made. I expected at least basic functionality, but this product didn’t even deliver that. Total disappointment. Save your money and avoid this junk.

Nice Product, Working Perfectly as Advertised, However, new Users are adviced to refer video tutorials for the perfect technique to use it.
