Awesome streaming device. I have had this thing running six months solid with not even one restart. It is truly a fine piece of equipment to pull a stream from a remote server. We have an FM radio station where the DJ studio is miles from the antenna so we send a stream to a remote server from the studio and have one of these set up at the antenna location to get the stream to broadcast over the FM airwaves. Saves us $500 a month that we would need to spend to have a wired connection to the antenna.

I got this working in less than 5 minutes. I purchased it to monitor my internet radio station, it came with RCA cables which I just plug into the External Input on my broadcast console then entered my station's URL. It boots up in 7 seconds or less, in no time I was monitoring my station.

These will eventually wear out if you keep them in continuous use but I think my first set lasted 4 years.

Use this to monitor my online stream. Great "set and forget" product. Yes, you could build something functionally similar and cheaper with a raspberry pi, but this is a great "out of the box" solution with an easy to use gui.

Easy to set up and a great way to receive a dedicated high quality audio stream over the internet. This unit works in conjunction with the Instreamer at the source end.
