These are great path lights but many have posted about the lights being too white. They are 3000-3500 Kelvin which is about what the old "soft white" incandescent bulbs were. Not very appealing outdoors. I fixed the problem in a couple of minutes for a few pennies and below are the steps to doing that. Please note I first spray painted mine copper to match some existing lights I couldn't replace. The first photo shows my fixed warm light compared to the white lights as they come out of the box. 1) What you need is some orange cellophane. You can get theatrical gel transparencies or just buy a roll of orange cellophane gift wrap (avail on this site), as I did. Since the LEDs don't emit heat, the cellophane won't melt. Cut it into little rectangles about 1" x 1.5" (I first cut an 8" strip 1.5" wide and then cut it into 1" segments). See Photo 2. 2) Take the light section out of the post and set the light on its top (solar panel down). Remove the screws that hold the clear lens to the solid top (photo 2). 3) Set one of the cellophane rectangles over the little orange squares inside the light (Photo 2) and then replace the clear lens, being careful not to dislodge the cellophane. Rescrew the lens in place and push the top back down on the post. You're done! These look perfect in my yard and exactly match the light from my old fixtures.

We received these lights and they are great, however, when we installed them we realized one was broken. There is no option to get one we replaced and we discarded the box they were sent in so we sucked it up and kept them. They work fine but disappointed there was no option to request a replacement.
