Perfect light for our needs
My son installed one of these lights in their dimly-lit laundry closet, and I thought it would be the perfect light to use in our newly-repurposed water heater closet in our laundry room. The 2X2 closet used to contain only a 30-gallon gas water heater. Having trouble with drafts down the flue blowing out the pilot light, we replaced the gas water heater with a tiny but VERY effective TANKLESS ELECTRIC water heater that fits on a wall. This allowed us to install the water heater and filter on a wall, and use the rest of the closet for storage, with folding shelves which will fold to allow access to the water filter and heater for maintenance. It provides PLENTY of light, and comes on as soon as the door is opened. It shuts itself off in about 30 seconds after it no longer detects movement. It works VERY well in this application, and works as advertised.

love it, simple installation too!
I love this light for closets. It's light, super easy to install and works really well. It would be nice if the "time on" period was adjustable but that's not a deal breaker for me. Actually, after I replaced a wonky motion sensing fluorescent fixture, it worked so well that I immediately bought another to replace a perfectly working old fashioned chain pull one.

Great buy! Bright and sleek design!
Bought 4 of these as an alternative to what my husband was considering at homedepot. These were half the price and much sleeker of a design. He’s pretty handy and was able to install fairly quickly. We put in our master closet, laundry room and inside the pantry. Great, bright lighting and is very responsive to motion. Going to install in the bathroom as well for my youngest son who can’t reach the lights. It works great and elimates the need for step stool and having to get up to turn the light on for late night potty breaks. I don’t believe there is a timer on it, but it last maybe 15 seconds then shuts off if no movement. Overall very please with price, design, and quality. Would recommend.

6500k is so blue and sterile
Color:Biggest thing for me was turn on power and realizing "wow, that's blue." I wish I knew about the 4500k version before I got this. Even that might be too warm, I just want bright white, not operating room cool blue. Why not a version that has all 3 options and a switch to select color?Hardware:The screws they included didn't fit the old metal box that I had under my old light. The threads weren't right. Luckily I had a couple of my own that fit. They did not include the screw caps in my kit.I used my own wire nuts because the included were weird and not strong enough to hold a good connection. I would never trust those with my home electrical and I advise using orange wire nuts or lever nuts.Functionality:No complaints so far. The sensor works great. Turns off within a minute I think. Doesn't turn on when I'm walking by the pantry door. Light spread is perfect for my deep pantry. Brightness is good.

Bright and easy to use
I have been replacing closet lights that formerly had pull chains with these motion sensor lights, and they are working great! I've used five of them so far, and have been nothing but pleased. Much easier than trying to wire in a switch where there wasn't one.

Perfect for garage
Purchased 2 of these for my garage that has really tall ceilings. This works like a champ! I don't every have to use the light switch - it captures movement and turns on immediately. Love!

Options and installation ease
After 4 tries I finally got one that works. 2 from another company were defective and 1 from a different company would not turn on unless it was completely dark. I like the installation style, the options for dark/light and type of illumination. Top quality product. Thanks!!

Good and bad, doesn't last long for LED's
I originally bought 3 of these for our back hallway to come on when my elderly mother was doing her nocturnal rounds. Unfortunately, with 4 children, the house is not Grandmother proof and I didn't want her tripping or slipping on anything left astray on her way to the bathroom. The Good - They are bright, they turn on by themselves and turn off after inactivity. Don't look at them prior to entering the area, they will certainly blind you temporarily (don't ask me how I know). With 4 children, lights being left on is a constant battle and the motion sensor part to turn them on and the timer to turn them off has kept me from being hauled of for...um...well, you get it if you are a parent, but probably not if you are a child (cue the mock indignation). The sensor distance isn't the greatest, but it is what it is and the reason I purchased three. Overall, I'm satisfied with the function and brightness. The Bad - I replaced one after three years because it failed to work any longer and am now replacing another one after 4 years because, being the union busting tyrant that I am, it too has gone on strike. At the current $24 price tag, I'd expect more longevity. Being LED's, I would definitely expect more longevity, especially because they are not on all the time. So, I am currently stuck with buying another one because I am lazy and do not wish to have to drill new holes in the ceiling and figure out how to set up and mount a whole new set of lights. However, if the remaining original one decides to go on strike, I may replace all three with a new set that is possibly more aesthetically pleasing (they are essentially lighted Frisbees on the ceiling) and hopefully has the longevity that I have become accustomed to with LED's (which are supposed to outlast me). I have had a stern talk with the last remaining one, so hopefully he will decide to shape up and fly right.
