This product surpassed my expecting. I bought it for cupcakes, but ended up using it on sugar cookies. It has the consistency of confectionery sugar, has no flavor, and is very sparkly. I used a paint brush and brushed it on the leaves. I love how it turned out. I will definitely be buying more when I run out.
