I am so glad I bought these after my c-section. They come up over my belly button and keep the band off my incision.I wear a size large (10-12 pants) and ordered these in x-large and they fit great postpartum. Other underwear I ordered did not cover the rear area very well but these provided adequate coverage and I don’t have to keep pulling them out of my crack. They are a nice breathable cotton and have held up well in the wash.I plan on ordering more of these and would definitely recommend to others.

I bought these after a total abdominal hysterectomy. I had high hopes that they would be comfortable, but unfortunately they were smaller than I expected, and they shrank even more in the wash (on cold wash and low temp drying, too) I had to cut them up to make them work; and even then they just put too much pressure on my stomach and legs. I recognize that these aren’t specifically for people who had surgery, but I am sure a lot of people looking for post op panties would benefit from knowing that they aren’t true to size and shrink in the wash. If you are just wanting to buy cotton high waist undies, these would be okay. If you are looking for comfort after a hysterectomy or c section, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I bought these for use after my third C-section, as the last couple times I hated the mesh underwear sticking to my staples, and these are amazing. They're comfortable, they come up just above my belly button, and give me the support needed after surgery.

Very helpful product. Do run small. Am a size 6 and large fit a little snug on thighs. My c-section incision hurt worse if I didn't wear these. They also helped prevent soreness from clothes rubbing against incision. Highly recommend.

I had a total hysterectomy about 8 weeks ago and wanted something that would provide moderate support and for me these work excellent! I am 5'3" and about 110 -112 pounds. I bought small.

Instead of a one star the reason I'm giving this 2 is because they are good quality undies but for pregnancy these are a joke. I wear a size 12 in womens pants and a large is my go to underwear size. I have another brand of pregnancy underwear in a large that are amazing (cant remember the brand) but these stated that that had a lot of give and weren't overly structured... well that was not the case with mine (bought through Amazon prime) they are probably closer to a sm/med. In size and are way too tight.. luckily I have a friend who is also pregnant and way smaller than I am so I'm gifting these to her becasue returning things is such a hassle. The material of mine were a thicker cotton not a stretchy Jersey looking material of the pictures... they should really advertise better... highly disappointed in this purchase..

Like a fancier non disposable version of those lovely hospital mesh underwear. Size large fit me well starting about a week postpartum- 5ft 7 and delivered at 171. I’m 4 weeks out and still wearing them (now 150, they still fit) because normal underwear seem to land too close to my incision for comfort. They give a nice amount of compression and helped hide that weird swelling you have above the incision after surgery.

The elastic in the back top and around the legs is very tight and hardly stretches at all. The front stretchy panel barely gives any support and the fabric is not that great overall. Definitely not worth the 20$.
