If u take testosterone you need this!
My husband is on testosterone injections and with that you have to have your blood checked and have a pint removed monthly due to it getting too thick. Since he has been taking this daily his blood comes back excellent and has not had to have them removed any! I’m extremely impressed with this supplement!

Worked for me as intended Pills are large and have a bitter flavor on the outside of the capsule but the benefits outweighs them.

Reduces inflammation and puffiness!
I have noticed a reduction in inflammation. This is helping my joints, my stomach, and I'm hoping it will bring down my hematocrit. I get labs in October 2025. I started taking this in the end of April early May 2025 when my hematocritwas 45 (its been as high as 49 over the last few years and my doc wants me to keep an eye on it). My LDL is also elevated I can already tell this will be a staple for me. I haven't lost weight but I notice a lot of puffiness and swelling has gone down. It's helping my Crohns too! The pill is medium sized and easy to swallow. I think it's really effective and very inexpensive. I will try to update after October regarding my hematocrit and cholesterol.

A MUST for TRT. Lowers Hematocrit. Raises Ferritin. Incredible!!?
This has been a -- game changer -- for someone like me on TRT (testosterone). Google '1988', 'grapefruit' & 'hematocrit' on Goggle Scholar for a study to learn more. My hematocrit fell from 55 to 51 in one month. More importantly, my Ferritin rose from 29 to over 100! If you are on TRT, you should be aware that this is a COMMON (albeit largely unknown) problem. Sleep improved. Exercise recovery Greatly improved. This has been nothing less than a game changer for me. If you are on TRT and you don't take medication that interacts with grapefruit (btw. Talk to your doctor first!!), you should SERIOUSLY consider this supplement.

Great product
Great for lowering hematocrit a few points.

Did not help my hematocrit at all
I don't know how to rate this because the product itself is fine, but it just doesn't do anything. I started taking this almost a year ago due to really high hematocrit. I faithfully took one capsule every day. I just got my levels checked and nothing has changed at all. Still the same numbers.
