Perfect thickness
Perfect thickness and rigidity I needed. I wasn't looking for roll up cutting boards. I needed these for thick dry dough and they were perfect. Easy to clean.

I used these for cleaning fish with my electric filet knife and these held up extremely well!!

For this home cook, not friendly to use
They have a cut out in the corner making it easy to pick up. I wash them by hand and all of them are curling, not laying flat, annoying. Both sides have a texture, one side more than the other. I find food does not slide off of theses with ease unlike others I have had. They also do not bend easily if you're holding them over a bowl trying to slide the goodies into it. So all in all they have been a disappointment.

These cutting boards are warped and won’t straighten all liquid runs off of the sides. Junk.
