After sending a bottle of liver powder to relatives struggling with their health, and after hearing they didn't start taking pills. I encouraged them that's its was food we already digested and they agreed they always liked eating liver but rarely prepared the meat. I believe these capsules helped to raise my iron levels . I think they are a great addition to the supplement regimen, and much easier than actually eating liver!!!

This product has really helped with my periods. They are shorter, less heavy, and more regular. Also noticed some of my stomach issues have gotten better also.

This seems to be a good product. I have been feeling tired lately. Need to add more iron to my diet. I hate the smell of liver. Will not eat liver. So I am trying this as an alternative. I have noticed a slight difference. But it is not a magic bullet. Takes time to build up in your system. I have no issues swallow the pills. Don't even notice the taste.

I am on a very limited budget, so I took half the recommended dose, still I seen a noticeable effect in energy and calmness. On stressful long days I would opt for full dose, and I wholeheartedly felt it helped me make it through. Do your research and you will see that this product meets all the sought after markers, as being high quality and natural.

I've used another brand of supplement that was more expensive and experienced no noticeable changes to my energy levels. I found the less expensive Carlyle brand of grass fed beef liver capsules and I noticed a difference with higher energy levels right away. I'm still on my first bottle and will definitely be ordering again. The dosing is the same as the other brand - 6 capsules per day. I started taking 3 twice per day, but have now changed to 6 capsules once in the morning which works better for me. (I did the same with the "old" brand, but no difference either way.). The only thing I noticed was a slight, unpleasant smell to the Carlyle capsule but it is beef liver, so that's my proof that the capsule contain what the label states. My "old" brand had no smell at all. The Carlyle works and I will be ordering again.

I feel really good after taking these for a while. I’m on my 2nd bottle.
