I’ve taken ashwaganda for several years, and would not be without it! It provides so many benefits, including smoothing the skin and preventing sunburn. I’m 72 and have very few wrinkles on my face. Not entirely attributable to ashwaganda, but I think it helps! There are other health benefits too. This brand seems to be the most affordable for me. I keep it on subscription.

I love my "Calm me down " product , can only recommend it ! The price is great , dies not smell and is easy to swallow ! Thete is no taste to it . It works ! And I suffered with severe PTSD . Love it

I love these! They really do improve sleep, mood, anxiety issues. I have Essential Tremors, and this works as well for me as a prevalent prescription I used to take. They are easy to swallow so I have not noticed any taste. I love the generous amount of capsules and the quality of the product.

I haven't tried it yet. But I'm very thankful for the size of the bottle. Because I do not need to purchase any more for a while. So thank you very much for having much larger bottles of the vitamins that I need. I will be purchasing more in the future.

I've been using this pill for a long time. It's calmed me down and is good for me. I like the amount; I don't have to worry. Great for the price.

I've been taking this for a couple of weeks now. My main reasons for taking it are sleep and brain focus. I haven't noticed any difference in focus as yet. I take it at night as directed - 2 capsules. I would sleep but even after 9 or 10 hours I was feeling groggy and heavy-headed. I have cut the dose down to 1 capsule and that has helped some. I don't think I'm overly sensitive to it because it is affecting my husband the same way. I'm still deciding if I like this supplement.
