You will not be able to listen to local radi stations or satellite radio.
It does what is advertised bit you lose the capability of listening to local radio. You have to set the receiver frequency to a station that is not being used by a radio station and then change your radio frequency to match the reciever to hear whatever you connected via bluetooth.

SOO good
I had an FM transmitter because my car is just new enough to not have tape cassette, and just old enough to not have bluetooth. But honestly, I had to switch channels all the time and the sound quality was often poor. But I'm a music junkie and I can't stand the ads on the radio so I put up with it. Then it started to deteriorate further, so I bought this thing and I am honestly so happy with it. The sound quality is super good--it was very easy to set up and connect. And I don't have to switch around channels anymore because the bluetooth signal is so strong!The only thing I wish was that neck/wire extended further, but that's only because my port is really low and a little out of the way. But since I never have to change channels, its not a big problem.

Great so far
I have bought several different Bluetooth devices. Most transmit songs through FM pretty well but don't work well for phone conversations - specifically the microphones don't work well and the person on the other end of the call can't hear me very well. This device appears to be doing better in that category. I also like the layout and the features that this device offers.The device is new, so if things change I will update this review, but for the moment I am planning on buying another one for my truck!

Didn't survive the winter
I live in a temperate climate, where it rarely gets below freezing, so I was a bit surprised when this little wonder just stopped working one cold day (got down to 31 overnight) and it never worked again. Was a great workaround for my nice Kenwood car stereo, whose Bluetooth no longer supported latest Android and iOS updates (nor supported via USB), so I was greatly saddened to find it couldn't handle a little cold weather.Bottom line -- don't leave it in the car if it's going to get into the 30s (F).

Good Build Quality and Looks Cool! I love this thing, it even shows how my car battery is doing. The screen is bright, and the buttons are nice looking. It can fit nearly anywhere since it is adjustable and it charges my phone fast! I recommend this to anyone!

Doesn't light Up Bluetooth Weak
It's a pretty good little system to get music going in the car. The sound is nice and clear. It's also great to have 2 usb ports and they both light up. However the photo kind of makes it look like the buttons light up and they do not. They also are just slapped on, so you can't feel any texture or see them in the dark. Calls come in okay but they don't go out. No one could hear me so I had to abandon the feature.

Get the hands free calling headset / collar instead
No one that I gave this too had positive reviews. They simply do not like all the setting up, and resetting of it each time the get in their car. I won't buy again. I will simply replace those gifts with the headset hands-free calling product.

Definitely would recommend. I use it in my "not so new" ...
Does everything I need it to do flawlessly. Definitely would recommend. I use it in my "not so new" car; could also be used on a boat. Any audio that would come from your phone will now be sent through your speakers. Navigation, music, phone calls, etc. Seller delivered promptly with no damage.
