Packaging isn't spill proof.
There's no seal under the cap, so I received the bottle with dried shampoo leaked from it's neck. It has a gentle creamy formula, absolutely no fragrance and a good lather despite being sulphate free. Too soon to comment on the dandruff aspect.

Terrible product last time I order from another means it was really nice but this time I ordered from here it was already leaking, not sealed properly and it even caused my hair fall to increase a lot.

Effective shampoo with key ingredients in right amount and free from fragrance. A small suggestion for minimalist to improve its packaging as cap of the bottle is not closing effectively can lead to leakage.
