Great Bench
This bench was great! Decent quality, all the parts were there, easy to assemble, and looks great! I’ve bought a lot of furniture online and usually don’t have as good of an experience as I did with this piece!

So easy to assemble and feels like a solid piece of furniture.
I have assembled (or, tried to) several pieces of furniture over the years. I prepped for this one by taking a Xanax and having a box of tissues (for my tears) nearby. WOW! I’ve never had it so easy. The directions are simple, the pieces fit together seamlessly, and I only needed help fitting the shoe cubbies into the actual piece. They’re bulky and have to go in perfectly straight. Still, not a problem to do. It’s solid and looks terrific. Big plus: no Allen wrenches!

Not for adults
I am including pictures of toddler size shoes (can do 2 sets in 1 cubby) and 2nd grader sized shoes (fit with 5" to spare). This is not really big enough for adult shoes. The top cubby's height is decreased due to the top facia. The top facia is also not structural AT ALL - its hanging from the top (only) by plastic biscuits. Maybe consider adding some glue and screws to the side facia Prepac! There is no middle structural support. There was quite a bit if "damage" to the asthetics of the cubby in areas, scuffs, dings, scratches... I am hoping it doesn't look like trash in a few years.I paid $140 and I think it is worth likely half of that.It is sturdy for sitting. Does not wobble.Great for kids - although you may be able to shove some small adult shoes in the bottom cubbies.Looks nice but not worth what I paid. I returned the larger one I purchased as I just wasn't that thrilled with them. They will be useful until I can build something else.Color is a but darker than I imagined for the weathered wood. It looks more of a grayed-walnut. The graining pattern is nice and well done. It could pass for real wood if one wasnt looking carefully.

GREAT item and SUPER customer service
I have bought several shoe racks in the past few years, with none of them working out. This time I wanted to spend some extra money and get something I am hoping to last for years. I really wanted something made of solid wood that looked EXACTLY like this, but I cannot find anything like it on the market.I really wanted something to sit behind my sofa to catch all the shoes and put a basket on top to catch all the "pocket junk" from when my husband comes in the door and cleans his pocket. It always ends up on the counter, the bookshelf, etc. So far, adding a basket to catch all his pocket goods has been a blessing! I live in an apartment so I am going to add a table lamp to this as well since it sits just inside my front door to make it triple purpose! All you need to put this to get is a hammer and Philip's screwdriver. I would also recommend wood glue, personally. Before nailing the backing onto the piece, put a very thin line of glue, put the backing in place, then nail. It just prevents people from pushing the backing through the nails. Although, the backing is actually really thick unlike more assembly-required furniture items so I do not foresee this being a problem but with boys I always take the precaution. As for the customer packaging and customer service. The original packaging likely needs more TLC and more rethinking. It would save the company money and customers would be happier. I suggest they switch shippers as well. It was shipped via UPS and specifically says that it needs team lift. There were actually 2 UPS stickers that said team lift required. However, there was only 1 man that delivered it to us. We live in an upstairs apartment in a gated community. He parked outside of our gated community and walked it in and up the stairs all on his own. It weighs 58 lbs not including any packaging according to Amazon. The box was damaged on the ends. Upon opening the box, 4 of the parts were considerably damaged, including the corner completely broken off the top piece. On the assembly instructions there is a Customer Service number to call for issues. I have to say, for those who are uppity about needing to press numbers and such, there is no need for that. I was directly connected with a sweet woman who asked me my name and was able to look up my order. She asked what pieces were damaged. She told me it would take a few days to process, but the pieces would be in the mail. I received them. 9 days later. The box was again damaged on the ends by UPS, but there was a LOT better packaging and the pieces were very secure in the box and surrounded by some vacuum sealed foam stuff. Everything was perfect and I assembled easily. Their Customer Service definitely deserves props. It is really hard to find a company, especially online companies with excellent customer service.

Good customer service
The original item sent had the wrong top piece included. We emailed them directly and they sent a replacement within just a few days! In the meantime, we moved the part we had put together in the garage and just from us walking by (it was maybe 3 days?) it got a few scratches and nicks on it. It includes a pen to color in any scratches. After getting it together though it looks nice and holds a lot of shoes! A little worried about the scratch potential… time will tell!

This is a nice piece of furniture instead of having my shoes all over the floor by the front door.
I really like how decorative and convenient this is.

Looks good, matches the coat hook shelf perfectly, but shoe cubbies are a little too small
This shoe bench looks great, is made of decent materials for the price, and matches the coat hook shelf in the collection perfectly. It was very easy to put together too. I don't know that I would sit on this with my full weight though, and I'm not that tall. My only other complaint is that you can't quite fit a pair of sneakers flat in the cubbies. Sandals and some canvas shoes fit fine in one, but I had to turn one sneaker to the side to get it to fit in the same cubby. This is not the shoe bench for you if you have a lot of boots to store. Other than that, we're enjoying having better shoe storage in our entryway with this bench.

Nice looking & sturdy bench.
Easy to put together, and 4 months later is holding up nicely to the abuse a family of 6 can throw at it. With 18 storage slots, that's storage for 3 pair of shoes each. So much better than tripping over a bunch of shoes laying around at the front door.Admittedly the cubbie holes could be a little bigger but I can fit a pair of men's size 11 in them if I turn one sideways. Other reviews say they should be able to put them in side by side, but that would just mean you can put fewer pair of shoes in it.

It is very pretty and easy to assemble
It is very pretty and easy to assemble, although a drill was useful at times. There are two ways of setting the cubbies: as shown in the picture (and manual), or upside down, which makes the first row very short (great for flats and short snickers) and the third row a bit taller (great for high high heels, otherwise would have to go sideways on the regular sized cube). As a short woman I find it a bit too tall, so sometimes it's not super comfortable. The outer structure seems strong and reliable, although I would have been happier if they had finished the sides that go on the floor too, just for the looks of those corners. Oh, it's really heavy. And the box it comes in is long and annoying to move around, so you don't want to miss that delivery!

Livré détérioré et de très mauvaise qualité
Le meuble est arrivé avec de nombreux eclats visibles, les bacs sont trops petits pour contenir deux chaussures en même temps, et les matériaux sont de très mauvaise qualité.C'est très décevant

Beautiful and super easy to put together!
This is a really nice looking bench for the price. It is ridiculously easy to put together...especially if you have experience building furniture. I agree with other reviews and I feel that the cubby holes are too small...my son’s size 7 Jordans don’t fit...I had to put one shoe per cubby...not a big deal...just weird that the holes are so small. I am very happy with the quality and the overall look. Not 5 stars because the cubby holes are too small.
