I work from home most days and was getting really bad lower back pain by the afternoon. This pillow has made a massive difference. The memory foam moulds to the curve of your back and holds its shape well even after months of daily use. The strap keeps it in place on the office chair so it doesn't slide down like some cheaper cushions I've tried before. It took a couple of days to get used to sitting with it but once I did I noticed the ache was pretty much gone by the end of the working day. The mesh cover is breathable which is important because some foam pillows can get really warm against your back. I'd recommend this to anyone who sits at a desk for long hours. Small investment that makes a real difference to your comfort.

This cushion is wonderfully supportive and completely comfortable. I use it on my couch and can knit or crochet for hours with no back pain. I can't attach it to anything but it doesn't move around. A real blessing.

I bought this product for my wife, she loves it. She uses it at home and work for extra support. She says it stays in place, and is comfortable. She tried it in the car seat but she didn't like that. It's very subject subjective on what you're using it for. But overall as I said she loves it. And besides, for the price you can't go wrong. Can recommend.

This is my first back support cushion as I am new to my change of career and so am sat for hours at a desk now after 30 years of a physical job. I did lots of research into finding the correct chair, positioning of my posture and how to keep my lumbar position in the right position. This cushion was delivered very quickly, well packaged and with a useful Back Cushion information sheet. It is made out of excellent materials and can be washed if needed. Despite reading reviews that this cushion had been received flat, some stitching coming apart, not adjustable enough i continue to use the many hundreds of positive reviews and ordered myself one. I am not disappointed, it has made a huge impact and improvement on how I sit at my desk and for added comfort I ordered a foot stool. I have taken photos showing my cushion without the additional straps being used because my chair is not a wide one. The cushion fits perfectly and comfortably and I can alter the height to fit my back more effectively. I would recommend buying one of these cushions before spending hundreds of pounds on a more costly chair.

I bought this after leaving my previous back cussion in a taxi overseas. It is no where near as comfortable, the straps are very oversized, and it slides on any smooth fabrics including airplane and cinema seats. Whilst this will likely provide comfort for most, for anyone with spinal problems (myself disc herniation and disc bulge) this is not effective.

Purchased in the hope it would make sitting in a Sim Rig for 5-6 hours per day more comfortable. It has transformed the experience. I get zero back ache now. Wish I had found it sooner.

This lumbar cushion is great to relieve pain on the back. I have a herniated disc and I was in a lot of pain after working several hours on the computer. So, I decided to try this cushion because my office chair has no lumbar support and the result is fantastic! I don't feel back pain anymore. It is also helping me maintain good posture. This back pillow is made from pure memory that adapts to the shape of the body. Placing the cushion on the chair was very easy and practical. Overall, the quality of the material and the effectiveness of the cushion are worth it. Highly recommended!!!

Good for long hours sitting on the desk

Es muy cómoda y ayuda mucho a la postura. En mi caso me ha ayudado muchisimo ya que trabajo mucho tiempo sentado.

Honestly I didn't think this back support cushion would make a huge difference but OMG I'm so happy I got it. I work on my laptop a lot and I'm always slouching which hurts my back and is sooo bad for my posture. I've been using the cushion for about a week and I can feel the difference. It helps me sit with a straight back plus the cushion is so soft and comfy. I love it. Now I can't sit without it! My 10 year old son also uses it for gaming and I notice it helps him sit straighter and a lot more comfortably too. I’m even thinking of getting one for my partner’s office chair. And as a flight attendant... I know this is going to make long flights so much better. Highly, highly recommend!
