Easy to take
The supplement is easy to take and taste ok. It has not cause any complications or discomfort in my gastrointestinal system. Because I have only been using this product for short period of time, I cannot yet ascertain its overall effectiveness for the body .

Need help getting past the taste.
I am truly torn with how to rate this item as my opinion may differ from others with different pallets.I really tried to like this and did my personal best to figure out a way to add it into the beverages I consume daily but couldn’t find a way to gauge the amount to add in order to receive the health benefits versus decreasing the amount to diminish the awful bitter flavor.I ordered this product because I filter all of my drinking water and have wondered how many nutrients & minerals I’m removing in the process. My goal has been to tweak my vitamins and mineral intake and this product seemed to fill in the gaps.If only I could get past the salty bitter taste!I did manage to add the suggested serving size into a sugared peach flavored iced tea with extra sweetener in order to mask the flavor, but I’m not so sure that’s what the producers of this had in mind so I’m going to research this further so I can make it work in a healthier manner.I deducted only 1 star because I believe my opinion of this product is more user error than anything else. Also my fault, was thinking I did not have to acclimate to the full dosage right away. Perhaps that was why I could distinctly taste the product even after lowering the dosage. However, even with the user error and blatant disregard for the suggestion to ease into the recommended dosage; I also believe the producers of this product know how awful it tastes and could’ve done something to offset it. Which is why I deducted 1 star.If upon further research I change my opinion, I’ll return to edit this review.I also look forward to reading other reviews to possibly learn what others have experienced. Which is why I love Amazon reviews. Without them, I’d waste a lot more money unnecessarily. So I’m grateful to everyone out there sharing their honest feedback in which to learn from. Truly a great community. I hope I’ve earned your trust and you appreciate my review.

Fantastic Mineral Blend
The media could not be loaded. Update:I did more research on this company and felt confident enough to keep taking these, despite the somewhat vague labeling.I have to say that my mind is completely changed about these minerals. I didn't realize how devastatingly deficient I was in trace minerals. In the early days, my nervous system was basically trying to reset. After 2 weeks of taking these, they no longer knock me out. I simply feel calm and balanced. My stress levels have decreased an incredible amount. I feel no anxiety. It's amazing how something like a mineral deficiency can have such a massive impact on your life.I have already recommended these to a friend who struggles with stress & insomnia, and she loves these too.Previous Review:I'll start with the good. The magnesium is strong in this mineral blend. If you're sensitive to it, it'll make you SUPER relaxed and very sleepy. It doesn't taste awful, but there is a detectable taste. Basically, it's a brine flavor. Here's the shady part. The manufacturer (or Amazon?) placed the barcode over the nutrition DV% and ingredients list. Kind of important info there. I couldn't help but wonder if it was intentionally obscured. when I took the barcode off, I saw:Ingredients: complex of micro/macro sea minerals from concentrateWhich sea? What source? This is basic information that should be on the label. Also, its basically just magnesium and chloride. I'd wager that there are other minerals present in this and I am curious as to whether they were omitted. It's important for supplements to be trustworthy, and this one feels too suspect to incorporate as part of my routine. I might take it if I have a bout of insomnia though, because it's truly wonderful for that.

Minerals
Too soon to say if this really helps or has changed my body, but I definitely want to keep taking it to find out. The taste is definitely awful, which makes sense. I just put the dose in a 1/4 cup of water and just drink the whole thing down. Just very briny. I do agree that the label could be more specific. Would be nice to know what 72 trace minerals there are? And where they're from? If I notice any differences in my body or mood, I will update!

Pricey, I don't really detect any unpleasant taste
I've been adding the max suggested serving size to a 16 oz bottle of water everyday for little over a month. I do not detect any unpleasant taste or odor. The directions say to slowly up the serving size everyday to see how your body reacts. I went up .25 mL each day until I reached the maximum suggested serving size. I haven't experience any bloating, stomach cramps or diarrhea.Have I noticed a difference in the way I feel? Not really. Who knows if I was deficient in any of the minerals featured in this bottle in the first place. The tincture is pretty pricey at the time of this review ($39.99). You get 47 servings, so you get about a month and a half. For the asking price, I would expect to get at least 2 months worth of servings.Would I order again? Probably not since I haven't experienced any benefits and because it's pricey. I would consider ordering again if I knew for sure my mineral levels were low - I'd order in that case because it's pretty much taste free.Overall, I give it 4/5 stars.
