I follow Dr Berg on YouTube and this man has literally saved my life. I have had so many health issues and all the doctors do is prescribe drugs that lead to further complications. It was when I decided to take responsibility for my health that I found Dr Berg and my life has completely changed. I still have some challenges but I am much healthier now that I am on a keto diet and implementing Dr Bergs teachings. This drink is one of the many products I have bought from Dr Berg because I trust him. It is delicious and gives me plenty of energy while I work from home. I’ve read some reviews of people saying it’s lumpy. I found that giving it a vigorous stir got rid of the lumps very easily. Anyone having this problem can try that. Or you can use one of those handheld milk spinner things.

Top quality for doing this keto lifestyle, and as for not mixing which some people mention it does mix naturally. I make first thing in morning so mixes enough throughout the day you just have to shake when sipping. Drinks on the market that mix well they add crap for this to happen, so I am glad it doesn’t dissolve in 2 mins. If you want it to be purely mixed showing no powder just make it night before simples, or mix 7 bottles Sunday for the following week. Glad it’s back on sale amazon, I was buying from his EU store so this is handier. I hope they start to sell the 100 servings tub. All family have been using now for 10 months everyday and we love it. First time I did this with the keto lifestyle last June as holiday to Greece was was coming up I lost a stone in 3 months.

Helps with my PoTS, I use about a third of the scoop in the morning and use sea salt the rest of the day. Has helped a lot.
