Ordered the PC for my son's birthday and issues with the GPU. I contacted the manufacturer and I have nothing but amazing things to say about their customer service. They immediately contacted me back offering me solutions and was able to have a replacement sent asap. They consistently replied and answered all of my questions quickly and left me with peace of mind over the situation.

From the day it was opened it didn’t work! Sadly we bought it a couple of months early! It was a birthday present for my grandson. They are now saying the warranty was only good for a month. I’m. Now out the money. And my grandson is crying. Way to go company way to go.

The PC works and play how it’s supposed to and expected to there is a issue tho so far the advertisement on two fronts have been lies it was supposed to come with a 512GB SSD but I got a only 475? And also it advertises 16 GB of DDR4 but comes with 16GB of DDR3 and also the windows 10 home doesn’t support NVDIA driver updates so that’s another issues other then that everything looks good I have already ordered a new CPU and motherboard and DDR4 ram (as preference) to have a better CPU for most modern games instead of the i7 4770 that it comes with and to have a AM4 socket instead of the very specific 1159 socket the i7 4770 uses other then these things it’s a bargain espicslly if your just looking for a PC to run esports titles and similar games at very decent speeds I would also recommend if this is a budget pc for you to get the steel series prime mouse for 15 bucks (wired) and the lemokey X4 keyboard for 22 bucks (wired) as these are the best for budget and price the keyboard is easily a 120 dollar keyboard when it comes to quality and the mouse around 60 as that’s what the wireless version cost of the mouse

hoping to atleast enjoy the game fortnite can even run a stable 120fps and my console can do better the pc is super loud its like your personal fan and also cant even control how loud its like can be i went into bios settings cant even turn on tpm 2.0 or secure boot which i need to play tournaments bios settings looks like complete trash cant update the driver or control anything in the nvidia control panel everything else is fine but the game part planning on returning and getting my money back

Bricked in under a day, went to do everything I needed to for a windows 11 prep, and it immediately bricked itself after like 2 or 3 hours of delivery, decent computer if you're planning on buying other parts, but otherwise do not buy for serious use

Three weeks in and started having problems. I just returned it to be sent back. Too soon to be having issues. I loved it at first!
