This ice maker works great and is fully automatic. It makes ice fast, the cubes are clear, and it stops automatically when the bin is full. Very easy to use and clean. Good quality and worth the money.

Love this little ice maker! Easy set up and started making ice in about 15 minutes. We had a freeze and I drained the unit but failed to remove the In Line water filter and it froze. Contacted Coolski and they are sending me a replacement right away!

So far so good and love the light. All internal parts easy to get to.

Bought this ice machine followed all instructions in the manual that looks like a 3rd grade kid put together and doesn’t make ice. There is no number to call for product support. There’s a email address so I wrote to the email and for two days no response. It’s poorly made and the screen to push different modes doesn’t work. This is junk.

The ice maker arrived very well packaged, and everything seems very thoughtful, comes with water filter, mini ice shove...etc. We bought it as part of our bar project. The only things is to remember is get a faucet adaptor that maybe our faucet is not standard sized? and is not compatible with the water line the ice maker came with. I’ve been using the ice maker, and it works great! The stainless steel under-counter the appearance is great. It makes plenty of ice and stores enough for all my needs. The customizable ice cube sizes are perfect for everything from cocktails to filling coolers, and the control panel is easy to use. I also like the self-cleaning feature and the water filter that keeps the ice fresh. After testing it, I can say it’s been a reliable addition to my kitchen.

It makes ice quickly. The only disappointment is that the ice always comes out as a block and we must break it up. The cubes break up easily but it just makes one more step. Also we received a white exterior machine instead of the stainless.

I have the icemaker for 3 months now and everything is ok. It’s making plenty of ice for a party. The icecubes are a good size for drinks. I also use the ice for frozen margaritas smoothies in the blender. It looks good under the cabinet. It’s not too loud that it’s annoying. We leave it on for 24 hours a day. So far so good. It was easy to install but I did have to install a split valve for the extra water line to the icemaker.

Very easy to install, though it only comes with a basic instruction manual. We're currently testing the machine under heavy use in a drink store, and so far, it's performing well. The ice comes out looking nice and clear. The storage capacity is a bit smaller than I expected, but still manageable. The machine automatically switches modes, and it's easy to change manually using the button. One small safety note: the edge of the flip cover is a bit sharp, so it could potentially scratch your hand if you're not careful. Will update if we encounter any problems—or more good news.
