Cleco Temporary Fastener/Rivet for Body Panel Repair Work

Very good and a fair price

If you are looking for clecos then you probably already know what they are, but in case you don't they're one of the most useful sheet metal hand tools out there. Perfect for holding patch panels in place, aligning panels, riveting, and even for controlling distortion when welding. I only wish you could get metric ones!

A B Tools - what a company - think the initials might be Absolutely Brilliant! I think the set was ordered and delivered in less than three days - we were away they they came otherwise I could tell you how many hours it took!. The quality is good, or rather just what is there to go wrong in basic terms as it's two metal handles and a rivet holding them together, but then the magic is with the fasteners, then it's your 'third hand' and I have checked them all out and they are all in good working order - much better than the tacky (as I was to find out..) set I brought at an 'auto-jumble' a while ago. If you have never tried this system before, look on YouTube and you will wonder how you struggled before. I would point out I 'lost' my original set I had years ago as somebody 'found them' before I had lost them, if you get my drift.. Both the suppliers and the items are both recommend 10/10

Great tool for holding body panels in place for welding

First time using these, after being advised by an aircraft mechanic to to so. After clamping the pins supplied, with the tool supplied, I had to hammer the pin into place (1/8" into a 3mm hole). I bought some more 1/8" pins separately, yet these slipped into place easily. The ones supplied were black, and the additional ones were copper in colour, so don't know if they're colour coordinated for size!? Some of the black ones I had to tap in with a hammer, proved very difficult to remove, where as the others I bought worked as I assume they should.

Replaced rear arches on my 96 bongo, clicos make for an easy life just to ping arches and sections on and off while you’re getting your fit. This kit works well.

Im Flugzeugbau sind dies Standardwerkzeuge. Sicherlich sind die hier angebotenen Clecos keine Luftfahrtqualität für Blecharbeiten Zuhause ist die Qualität aber sehr gut und der Preis unschlagbar.

Great product. A must have for body work . We use these all the time at work for airplane repairs . A1 . Only issue I had was one or two of my clecos are sticking . Soaking them in oil helps
